Exchanges & Returns

While I hope you are delighted with your online & instore purchase, there are times where you wish to return your purchase, please be aware of the following:

For hygenic reasons, no pieces with a gusset, or footwear/hosiery, underwear, bodysuits, swim and shapewear are non-returnable and FINAL SALE both in store & online Returns are not accepted in store.

EXCHANGE ONLY (NO REFUNDS) within 7 days from the delivery date for instore & online orders

Shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless I have mistakenly sent the wrong size/colour. Sales/Discounted items are FINAL SALE no exceptions

In addition to having provided you with the Return Approval of online purchases, you will be required to meet the following criteria;

Be in possession of the original invoice and...

Item(s) need be unworn

Item(s) need be undamaged

All original tags & product packaging are ON the article

Clean; no stains and/or scent from personal odour or fabric softener

I reserve the right to decline an intimate apparel return if even one of the above criteria are not met.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping & Handling

FREE SHIPPING in Canada on orders $150 and over before tax. Anything under $150 will be charged a $20 flat rate for shipping.

Coup de Foudre will ship your order via Canada Post within 24-48 hours of receiving the order, pending availability. Shipping business hours are from Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.
